We provide support for our software in a number of ways.
First, our web portal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. You can access the support portal by clicking here. Make sure to have your version number, 8 digit PC ID, and all pertinent information for a speedy response.
Second, you can visit our user group at www.beadcreator-family.com but a response may be answered in minutes or days, depending on the traffic on this site. For a more immediate response, open a support ticket (see above). The users are very friendly and helpful, and many have been using our software since it’s inception, now going on 9 years.
We do not offer free telephone support. However, most questions are resolved on the support site quickly, and our tech support folks can remote in to your system to fix an issue very quickly. There is no charge for this service.
